We are dedicated to the confidentiality of your personal information collected by us to allow you to enjoy the fantasy sports contests offered by DailyJoust.

Required User Account Information
As part of the User Account opening process on DailyJoust, and to ensure that all users are protected from user fraud or unauthorized usage, we will ask you to provide us with personal information, including your name, mailing address, e-mail address, and telephone number. You will also be required to select a User ID, and password for use on DailyJoust. You will also be required to certify that you are at least 18 years old or at least 19 years old as required in jurisdictions where the minimum age for use of online fantasy sports is 19. The personal information related to your account on DailyJoust will be used to confirm various financial transactions, and to verify age and geographic jurisdiction as required. We may also use the account information to provide customer support or to email you news or information about special offers or other events at DailyJoust. You may opt-out of receiving promotional e-mails by following the instructions included. The name on your DailyJoust User's account must be your real name. Also, your account information should be complete and up to date with accurate information. Users may update their account information by clicking on the My Account tab once logged in, and selecting the My Details sub tab. For Users who win total prizes net of entry fees of $600 or larger in a calendar year, we will require the User to provide their Social Security Number as required by law.
Financial Transactions
To enter contests requiring fees on DailyJoust, a User may need to provide funding to their DailyJoust account. In the process of funding an account, the User will need to provide the deposit method information, such as credit card or PayPal account information, required to complete the financial transaction. This information along with your other personal information may be used to clear financial transactions executed by you with DailyJoust, and will not be stored by DailyJoust.
Confidentiality
DailyJoust takes substantial steps to protect the confidentiality of your identity and other information it has collected and will not knowingly allow access to this information to anyone outside DailyJoust, other than to the User or as described in this Privacy Policy.
All DailyJoust employees are required to comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy provides that all past and present employees are obligated to keep User information strictly confidential.
Your DailyJoust account password is confidential and we recommend that you not divulge it to anyone or enable others to discover it.
Limits of Confidentiality
Legally Required Disclosures: DailyJoust may be required, under certain circumstances, to disclose personal information about our Users. DailyJoust will use its best reasonable efforts to limit such disclosure to the following: where DailyJoust believes in good faith that it is required to do so in response to a subpoena, warrant or other legal process; where it is reasonably necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against persons or entities to preserve and/or enforce DailyJoust's rights; or when it is required for tax reporting purposes due to certain prize thresholds being exceeded. Further, we can, and you authorize us to, disclose your Used ID, name, mailing address, phone number, and e-mail to third party agents of DailyJoust as we, in our sole discretion, believe required or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, piracy or other unlawful activity or activity that may expose us to legal liability.
Other Required Disclosures: DailyJoust may disclose your personal information to employees of DailyJoust Inc. on a limited need-to-know basis, to government or law-enforcement entities if required by law, and to third party service providers who use your personal information to provide services to us in respect of your being a User on DailyJoust. All recipients of your personal information shall be bound by applicable data protection laws to keep your personal information private at a level that is greater than or equal to that by which we are bound.

You can request a copy of your information or request that your information be erased, corrected, or completed by customer service at DailyJoust by sending an email to support@DailyJoust.com.

We may send a cookie to your computer when you visit DailyJoust. A cookie is a small, text-only string of information that we place in your computer's cookie file so that we can remember who you are when you revisit DailyJoust.
